Sacred Circles~
Meet twice a month for (3) months
Each secure video call is 90 min
Maximum of (6) women in each group
Cost $300 for the (6) sessions

There are very few places where we can go deeply within to listen to that whispering voice inside of us, speak from the heart, and really be heard.
Sacred Circles are therapeutic process groups, which means they are mainly an “unstructured space” (not an educational or skill-building group) for a cozy group of women to gather, with a focus on each member having individual time AND a space for the gently guided flow of discussion and interaction among members.
Therapeutic groups are a powerful agent for healing, empowerment, and change as they form close cohesive bonds giving members a sense of acceptance, security, love/belonging, and value.
Women support each other by bravely sharing their truths and all aspects of themselves. They accept and embrace all emotions. In this safe and non-judgmental environment, they see and are seen, creating a special place for personal growth and transformation that Sacred Circles offer 💜.
This is a time in our world when people, especially women, are craving to gather in community. There is often a sense of longing for deeper, and more authentic connections, maybe even friendships, with other like-minded women. So many women are often worried about being their true selves — for fear that they will be judged or rejected by others. Sacred Circles are a space where women gather to share their experiences, receive support, and offer support to others. It's also a space and time to celebrate and honor each other's successes - big or small!
